A lively, personable speaker and a Specialized Kinesiologist, Cathrine is a Certified Consultant with training in Touch for Health, Three In One Concepts, Stress Release, Structural Consulting, Maximum Athletic Performance, Educational Kinesiology and Tibetan Energy. From corporate training to Professional Development workshops, Cathrine enjoys presenting to a variety of audiences.She blends her knowledge of Specialized Kinesiology with new discoveries on how our brain processes stress an synthesises this information into practical systems that can be easily integrated into any working environment.

Cathrine's background is diverse and she draws from her experience as a Champion Kick-boxer, restaurant owner, clothing designer, promotions director, illustrator, athlete and mother. Being a professional fighter gave her insights and experiences that can be applied directly to the corporate world. Cathrine's inspiring presence and "everyone can do it" attitude helps her clients take the fear and mystique out of facing new challenges. She takes on many different learning situations with equal enthusiasm and skill. Her skills in trouble shooting, role playing and stimulating natural curiosity, bring a unique aliveness to her presentation

Cathrine facilitates professional and personal development workshops on Stress Management, Brain Integration, Creative & Critical Thinking Skills, Touch for Health, and Maximum Athletic Performance. She enjoys interacting with students as she leads them to experience and express greater personal power in their lives.

 

Cathrine is a past President of the Touch for Health Associations of Canada and enjoys rock climbing, hiking, tennis and weightlifting. She is president of Health Seminars Inc. and continues to do volunteer work with the Canadian Association of Specialized Kinesiologists.
